Abstract

Kota Bandung merupakan kota yang memiliki berbagai objek wisata yang dikunjungi oleh wisatawan domestik dan mancanegara. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan yang mendatangi Kota Bandung, direncanakan akomodasi penginapan dengan penerapan konsep hotel resort yang memanfaatkan potensi alam Kota Bandung. Rancangan bangunan Sol-Vetum Hotel Resort menggunakan pendekatan desain bioclimatic, yang diharapkan menjadi desain yang ramah terhadap lingkungan. Desain Sol-Vetum Hotel Resort direncanakan berdasarkan gubahan berbentuk linear dengan sirkulasi single loaded corridor, bentuk ruang dengan tatanan ruang yang efisien berinterkasi dengan ruang luar, dan penerapan prinsip bioclimatic sehingga mengoptimalkan pencahayaan an penghawaan alami pada bangunan. --- The city of Bandung is a city that has various tourist objects visited by domestic and foreign tourists. To meet the needs of tourists visiting the city of Bandung, move accommodation by applying the hotel resort concept that utilizes the potential of the city of Bandung. The design of the Sol-Vetum Hotel Resort building uses approved bioclimatic designs, which are expected to be environmentally friendly designs. The design of Sol-Vetum Hotel Resort is designed based on linear changes with the circulation of a single loaded corridor, a form of space with a space arrangement that efficiently interacts with outer space, and the application of bioclimatic principles designed to improve performance and natural ventilation in buildings.
