Abstract

Kepadatan penduduk menjadi salah satu fenomena yang terjadi di kota besar dan berpengaruh terhadap aspek psikologi manusia. Meningkatkan isu kesehatan merupakan salah satu permasalahanya. Kota Bandung sebagai kota besar memiliki masalah tersebut dan menyebabkan daerah sekitarnya ikut mendapatkan dampak pertumbuhan ini. Salah satunya adalah Lembang yang dapat dijadikan tujuan yang baik untuk meningkatkan isu kesehatan karena daerahnya yang berada dikawasan pinggir kota serta masih asri dan alami. Banyaknya penduduk yang mengalami masalah kesehatan psikologi membutuhkan tempat untuk rekreasi dan relaksasi sehingga dibutuhkannya akomodasi yang dapat menunjang efek psikologi bagi pengunjungnya. Desain biofilik yang memadukan area buatan dengan alami dipilih menjadi tema pada bangunan hotel resor ini. Dari permasalahan utama tersebut, pemilihan material dirasa penting untuk dapat diaplikasikan pada bangunan. Material tersebut secara tidak langsung dapat berpengaruh pada peningkatan isu kesehatan dari pengalaman psikologi pengunjung. Material tersebut adalah material dekoratif alami yang dapat menciptakan kesan ruang yang khas. Penerapan material alami pada dinding berupa kayu wpc dan batu alam palimanan, lantai terrazzo, bak tanaman rambat lee kwan yeu, tanaman vertikal, serta pemilihan warna cat yang hangat dan bernuasa tanah. Hotel resor ini diharapkan menjadi daya tarik bagi para pengunjung yang membutuhkan tempat rekreasi dan relaksasi untuk peningkatan kesehatan psikologinya. --- Urban density is one of the phenomena that occur in large cities and influences aspects of human psychology. Improving health issues is one of the problems. Bandung as a big city has these problems and causes the surrounding areas get the effects of this growth. One of them is Lembang, which can be a good destination to improve health issues because the area is in the sub-urban of the city and still natural and beautiful. The large number of people who experience psychological health problems need a place for recreation and relaxation, so that they need accommodation that can support psychological effects. Biophilic design that combines natural and artificial areas was chosen as the theme of this resort hotel. From these main problems, material selection is considered very important to be applied to buildings. These materials can indirectly affect the improvement of health issues from the visitor's psychological experience. The material is a natural decorative material that can create a unique sense of place in the building. The application of natural material on the walls in the form of wpc wood and palimanan natural stone, terrazzo floors, lee kwan yeu planter box, vertical garden, as well as the selection of warm and earthy tone paint colors. This resort hotel is expected to be an attraction for visitors who need a place of recreation and relaxation to improve their psychological health.
