Abstract

Health Human Resources (HHR) Planning is a complex process problem that affects health human resources to country all over the world. The need for a most useful approach to solve this problem is acute for a number of reasons. In particular, it is very important to acknowledge the inflow, stock and the outflow of the health workforce, either wise the needs were required to meet the management of health human resources. At the beginning, this paper briefly discuss the review and overview the paper that have appeared in the literature and highlight the influence factor to the supply and demand of HHR for long term planning at the period of time. The main body of this paper describes and critically evaluates the process of the solution approach used. In conclusion, this paper class down the variable that influences the supply and demand of the literature and outline the key issues that need to be addressed in future HHR planning research in order to close the gap.
