Abstract

Pertumbuhan hotel berbintang yang pesat di Kota Bandung menimbulkan persaingan dalam usaha perhotelan semakin meningkat, dimana hotel – hotel bintang 4 mempunyai populasi yang cukup besar di antara hotel berbintang di lainnya Bandung dan sebagai hotel bintang 4 tentunya di haruskan untuk memenuhi standar pelayanan serta fasilitas tertentu. Untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dari kamar sebuah hotel di samping dengan upaya meningkatkan penjualan dapat juga di sandingkan dengan pengolahan muka bangunan yang unik beda dari yang lain supaya menarik perhatian orang, pada hotel bintang 4 ini, yaitu dengan nama hotel “Strong Living Hotel”, pada perencanaan awal di konsep dengan penerapan struktur sebagai fasad yang di ambil dari pendekatan tema arsitektur brutalisme. --- The rapid growth of starred hotels in the city of Bandung has led to increasing competition in the hotel business, where 4-star hotels have a sizeable population among star hotels in other Bandung and as a 4-star hotel it is certainly necessary to meet certain service standards and facilities. To increase the income of a hotel room in addition to increasing sales, it can also be compared with processing the face of a building that is unique from the others to attract people's attention, in this 4-star hotel, with the hotel name "Strong Living Hotel", in planning early in the concept with the application of structures as facades taken from the approach of the theme of architectural brutality.
