Abstract

Hotel merupakan salah satu kebutuhan masyarakat yang berfungsi sebagai tempat tinggal sementara baik untuk fungsi pariwisata, bisnis, maupun pertemuanpertemuan. Lembang merupakan salah satu kawasan strategis pariwisata di Kota Bandung yang memiliki banyak wisata alam dan iklim yang menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi turis lokal maupun internasional. Secara geografis Lembang merupakan dataran tinggi yang berada di utara Kota Bandung yang juga berfungsi sebagai penyerapan air. Tujuan dari perencanaan ini adalah merencanakan Hotel bintang empat yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pariwisata namun tetap menjaga alam yang ada. Visual Connection With Nature diterapkan melalui tampilan dan orientasi bangunan. Prinsip desain merupakan solusi yang mendukung keberlangsungan visual yang alami dan berkesan membaur dengan alam yang ada serta pengarahan orientasi visual dari dalam kawasan hotel ke alam yang ada disekitar site. Penggunaan material yang alami, serta banyak digunakan vegetasi sebagai elemen dalam arsitektur menjadikan bangunan yang direncanakan menyatu dengan alam sekitar yang hijau. Orientasi bangunan di arahkan menuju pemandangan alam dan vegetasi alami maupun buatan agar tamu hotel memperoleh view yang baik dari setiap ruangan yang direncanakan. --- The Hotel is one of the needs of the community that serves as a temporary residence for both tourism, business and meetings functions. Lembang is one of the strategic areas of tourism in the city of Bandung which has many natural and climate tourism that become a unique attraction for local and international tourists. Geographically Lembang is a plateau that is north of the city of Bandung which also serves as a water absorption. The purpose of this planning is to plan a four-star Hotel that can cater to tourism needs while still preserving nature. Visual Connection With Nature is applied through the appearance and orientation of buildings. Design principle is a solution that supports visual sustainability that is natural and effective to blend with the existing nature and direction of visual orientation from within the area of the hotel to the nature around the site. The use of natural materials, as well as widely used vegetation as an element in architecture makes the planned building blend into the green environment. The orientation of the building is directed towards natural landscapes and natural and artificial vegetation so that hotel guests get a good view of each planned room.
