Abstract

Kota Bandung merupakan salah satu kota yang perekonomiannya cukup tinggi, menjadikan Kota Bandung sebagai tujuan utama untuk wisata dan bisnis para wisatawan lokal dan internasional. Tingginya minat para wisatawan membuat kebutuhan hunian meningkat, maka untuk memfasilitasi kebutuhan tersebut pembangunan hotel bintang 4 sangat diperlukan. Perancangan hotel bintang 4 berpotensi sebagai penunjang kebutuhan Kota Bandung sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan pendapatan daerah di kota ini. Kawasan Jendral Sudirman merupakan salah satu kawasan di Kota Bandung yang nilai perekonomiannya cukup tinggi dan minim dengan area ruang terbuka hijau. Maka dari itu konsep yang akan dipakai dalam perancangan hotel bintang 4 tersebut adalah “nature analogues pattern” dimana bangunan didesain dengan memasukan unsur alam secara tidak langsung kedalam bangunan yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan suasana alam yang sejuk ditengah-tengah perkotaan. --- The city of Bandung is one of the cities whose economy is quite high, making Bandung the main destination for tourism and business for local and international tourists. The high interest of tourists makes housing needs increase, so to facilitate these needs the construction of 4-star hotels is very necessary. The design of 4 star hotels has the potential to support the needs of the city of Bandung so that it can help increase regional income in this city. The General Sudirman area is one of the areas in the city of Bandung where the economic value is quite high and minimal with areas of green open space. Therefore the concept that will be used in the design of the 4-star hotel is "nature analogues pattern" where the building is designed by incorporating natural elements indirectly into the building which aims to create a cool natural atmosphere in the middle of the city.
