Abstract

Lembang merupakan sebuah Kecamatan paling timur di Kabupaten Bandung dan terkenal sebagai tujuan rekreasi yang sedang berkembang sehingga menjadi lokasi strategis sebagai tempat wisata bagi wisatawan nusantara maupun wisatawan mancanegara. Minat masyarakat akan berwisata pada saat ini semakin meningkat yang berpangaruh terhadap kebutuhan sarana pariwisata. Dekat dengan alam sudah menjadi trend sebagai pilihan yang cocok untuk mencari ketenangan berupa rekreasi sebagai tujuan wisata. Keadaan tersebut menjadi potensi bagi daerah yang memiliki daya tarik wisata namun masih belum dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Untuk memenuhi keadaan tersebut, diperlukan rancangan bangunan hotel resor di daerah Lembang dengan memaksimalkan potensi yang ada berupa lahan pertanian, sehingga menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan. Selain sebagai fasilitas penginapan, hotel resor juga dilengkapi dengan fasilitas penunjang, seperti fasilitas rekreasi berupa agrowisata, ballroom, fitness center, SPA dan Sauna, kolam renang, dan playground, dan yang lainnya. Penerapan tema Arsitektur Permakultur di terapkan pada pola-pola pengolahan lansekap pada tapak berkontur yang menjadi potensi berupa lahan pertanian dengan menempatkan masing-masing zona sesuai dengan fungsinya, sehingga terciptanya bangunan ramah lingkungan yang terintegrasi dengan lingkungan dan alam sekitar. --- Lembang is the easternmost district in Bandung Regency and is well-known as a recreational destination that is developing into a strategic location as a tourist spot for domestic tourists as well as foreign tourists. Small communities will travel at this time increasingly increasing which affects the needs of tourism facilities. Being close to nature has become a trend as a suitable choice to find peace that suits your tourist destination. This situation has become a potential for regions that have tourist attraction but are still not well utilized. To meet these needs, it is necessary to design a resort building in the Lembang area by maximizing the potential that exists in agriculture, so that it becomes an attraction for tourists. Aside from being an accommodation, the hotel resorts are also equipped with supporting facilities, such as recreational facilities including agrotourism, ballrooms, fitness centers, SPA and saunas, swimming pools and playgrounds, and others. The application of the theme of Permaculture Architecture is applied to landscape processing patterns on the site that become agricultural potential in accordance with each zone according to its function, so that the creation of environmentally friendly buildings that are connected with the environment and the surrounding environment.
