Abstract

This study aims to identify the planning stages of the development of 3R-based Waste Management Sites (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) in the Citarum Watershed (DAS) in Cianjur Regency for Fiscal Year 2022. The evaluation was conducted to determine the suitability between the planning target of the Follow-up Work Plan (RKTL) and the realization in the field, including the completeness of the Community Work Plan (RKM) document at each TPS 3R. The research methodology included secondary data analysis, field surveys, and interviews with relevant parties. Results showed discrepancies in several stages of planning and deficiencies in document completeness. Recommendations are proposed to improve planning and enhance the functioning of TPS 3R in the future. Keywords: TPS 3R, planning, Community Work Plan (RKM), RKTL, Citarum
