Visible Light Communication is a communication system that utilizes visible light to transmit information signals from one place to another. This system can be applied to support the implementation of equipment in a room based on technology. This research implements a table that can be used to transmit audio signals with a receiver system located on the table by utilizing visible light. Tables that have a smart impression (Smart Table) can be used as a complement to the decoration of equipment based on technology, where someone can listen to other people's voices or a music. This system consists of two parts, i.e. the VLC Transmitter placed on the table and the VLC Receiver placed on the table. The Measurements consider the use of materials commonly used by tables, i.e. clear glass, dark glass, clear acrylic, red acrylic, green acrylic, and blue acrylic as a separator between VLC Transmitter and Receiver. The most optimal measurement results are shown by measurement the system using glass, where the maximum reception voltage is 5 V, compared to acrylic. In its application, dark glass is better used by considering the user's comfort level of the eye's level of acceptance of light.
