Abstract

Zaman sekarang, gaya hidup berpengaruh terhadap berkembangnya suatu kota, salah satunya kegiatan bisnis. British Council menunjuk Kota Bandung sebagai salah satu kota kreatif di wilayah Asia Pasific, maka diharapkan memiliki jaringan bisnis ekonomi kreatif dengan berbagai kota-kota penghasil industri kreatif di dunia. Maka hal tersebut nantinya akan memberikan peningkatan akomodasi jasa di Kota Bandung terutama city hotel. Secara geografis, Bandung memiliki wilayah yang dikelilingi oleh pegunungan membentuk semacam cekungan (Bandung Basin). Elemen-elemen topografi Bandung berupa pegunungan, lembah, dan sungai. Tujuan dari perencanaan ini adalah merencanakan hotel bintang empat dengan fungsi sebagai city hotel bergaya hotel resor di tengah kota. Hal tersebut direncanakan agar memberikan suasana asri layaknya Kota Bandung zaman dulu. Gubahan massa, fasad, dan lanskap diambil dari pola tanah serta elemen topografi menjadikan bangunan yang direncanakan memiliki khas dari metafora topografi Bandung. Penerapan vegetasi digunakan selain penghijauan yaitu untuk memberikan kesan resor hotel di tengah kota baik di tapak maupun di ruangan dalam. --- Nowadays, urban lifestyle influences the development of a city, one of which is business activity. British Council designates the city of Bandung as one of the creative cities in the Asia Pacific region, so it is expected to have a creative economic business network with various creative industry producing cities in the world. Then this will provide increased service accommodation in the city of Bandung, especially city hotels. Geographically, Bandung has an area surrounded by mountains which forms a kind of basin (Bandung Basin). The topographic elements of Bandung are mountains, valleys, and rivers. The purpose of this plan is to plan a four-star hotel that functions as a city-style resort hotel in the middle of the city. It is planned to provide an atmosphere like a beautiful ancient Bandung City. Mass composition, facades, and landscapes are taken from soil patterns and topographic elements, making the planned building have a different topography from the Bandung metaphor. The application of vegetation is used in addition to greening which gives the impression of a hotel resort in the middle of the city both on site and in the inner space.
