Abstract

Hotel merupakan salah satu hunian sementara yang sedang meningkat pembangunanya khususnya di wilayah yang memiliki potensi untuk medatangkan wisatawan. Perkembangan hotel pun semakin beragam seperti hadirnya “hotel budget”, “bussiness hotel”, hingga “resort & lifestyle hotel”. Upaya untuk menarik pengunjung dilakukan dengan pendekatan pada fasad, gubahan massa hingga pendekatan pada kelengkapan fasilitas serta nilai nilai unik yang dimiliki hotel tersebut . Perencanaan hotel di jalan Sudirman kota Bandung sebagai studi kasus dengan pendekatan plantscaping. Hotel tidak hanya menjadi sebuah hunian sementara namun bisa memenuhi kebutuhan lainya seperti kebutuhan eksklusifitas, gaya hidup, hingga menjadi self healing ketika terjadi sebuah interaksi antara tumbuhan (elemen alam) dan manusia di sekitarnya. Desain hotel menerapkan elemen alam sebagai unsur estetik pada bangunan seperti tone warna, material, interior gardening, hingga gubahan massa yang berorientasi pada analisis mikro sekitar bangunan, bangunan didesain sangat dekat dengan alam dengan adanya “roof garden”, “vertical garden”, “hydroponic garden” dan “plantscaping concept interior” diharapkan bangunan memiliki nilai yang kental tentang tema yang diangkat serta bisa menjadi perwujudan dari kedekatan lingkungan. --- The hotel is one of the temporary shelters that is increasing in development, especially in the potential areas for cultivation. The development of hotels is increasingly diverse as the presence of "Budget Hotels", "Business Hotels", to "Resort & Lifestyle Hotels". The hotel approach to attracting visitors is done by the facade approach, the mass composition of the building to make the building attractive to the approach to the completeness of the facilities and the unique value values of the hotel, in this case study because the hotel will be built in the Bandung jl. Sudirman area as case study with a "plantscaping" approach. The hotel is not only a temporary shelter but can fulfill other needs such as the need for exclusivity, lifestyle, to become self healing when there is an interaction between plants (natural elements) and the people around them. applying natural elements as aesthetic elements in buildings such as color tones, materials, interior gardening, to mass compositions oriented to micro analysis around buildings, buildings are designed very close to nature with the "roof garden", "Vertical Garden", "Hydroponic garden" , and "plantscaping interior concept "it is expected that the building has a strong value about the theme raised and can be a manifestation of environmental closeness.
