Abstract

Periodic evaluation of Occupational Health and Safety is key to keeping the work environment in hospitals safe and healthy, and to ensure that OHS efforts remain relevant and effective. This research was conducted with the aim of evaluating the implementation at Hospital X in Bandung City. The data collection methods in this research are interviews, observations and documents in Hospital X. Whereas, the data analysis techniques used are interviews, observations and documents. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique used is descriptive by comparing data against the Minister of Health Regulations Number 7 of 2019 and 66 of 2016. The evaluation results show that Hospital X has tried to meet OHS standards, but there are still several aspects that need to be improved, especially related to environmental quality in several rooms and the completeness and placement of safety equipment.
