Abstract

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a crucial aspect of company operations to prevent workplace accidents and enhance work efficiency. PT. X has implemented a Work Permit System as part of its efforts to support the Zero Accident policy. This study aims to analyze and identify the effectiveness of the Work Permit System implementation at PT. X in achieving Zero Accident. The research method includes direct observation, interviews with relevant personnel, and document analysis related to the system's implementation. The results indicate that the Work Permit System at PT. X has been systematically implemented in accordance with OHS standards, encompassing hazard identification, risk assessment, and strict work procedure control. Key factors contributing to the system's success include employee compliance with established procedures, strict supervision by management, and increased OHS awareness through regular training. In conclusion, the implementation of the Work Permit System at PT. X significantly contributes to achieving Zero Accident and can serve as a model for other companies in improving workplace safety
