Abstract
The evaluation and monitoring of the planning phase for the centralized domestic wastewater treatment system (SPALD-T) under the Community-Based Sanitation Program (SANIMAS) in Bandung Regency aims to improve community sanitation and reduce environmental pollution and health risks. The evaluation was conducted in 14 villages, focusing on various planning aspects such as data collection, socialization, institutional formation, and the preparation of community work plans. The results identified challenges related to community participation and program implementation at the local level. Recommendations were made to enhance program effectiveness through improved community involvement and stakeholder coordination.
