Abstract
The economy in Indonesia is divided into three sectors, namely the primary sector, secondary sector, and tertiary sector. One of the secondary sectors is manufacturing companies that produce finished products that can be used in other activities. There are several types of manufacturing companies, one of which is a company engaged in shipbuilding. Shipyard is an industry that is growing over time, with an increase of 10.48 percent per year. PT.X is a shipyard company engaged in manufacturing, made from aluminum, and others so that it produces hazardous and toxic waste (B3) so that it requires special attention. Therefore, it is necessary to manage industrial B3 waste following the procedures and technical requirements based on PerMen LHK No. 6 of 2021. In addition, reviewing the evaluation based on applicable regulations, the results of identifying several B3 wastes, namely, rags, used filters, used oil, used soldering tin, TL lamp WWTP sludge, car batteries, sand blasting with the characteristics of B3 waste in PT.X are liquid, flammable, corrosive, toxic, and solids. The total waste generation of PT.X is 7,321 tons / year and 12 units / year of used batteries. The results of the evaluation of B3 waste management at PT.X based on PerMen LHK No. 6 of 2021 and PerMen LHK No.14 of 2013 are scored by the Likert scale method, the results are 85.36% with a good category
