Abstract

The Bener Dam is a dam construction project managed by the Ministry of Public Works and Housing (PUPR) through the Serayu Opak River Basin Organization. (BBWSSO). This dam is the tallest in Indonesia, with a height of 169 meters. The work process on this project involves high complexity, resulting in a significant level of risk. One of the factors that determines the success of a project is the implementation of Green Construction Occupational Health and Safety (K3). This research aims to identify the sources of K3 risks, assess the risk levels for each construction task, and understand the application of Green Construction K3 in relation to the occupational safety and health standards that have been implemented by PT. X. The method used is to conduct an evaluation using a matrix of likelihood and severity factor scores obtained from the hazard identification process, as well as comparing the existing conditions with the Minister of Manpower Regulation Number PER.01/MEN/1998 concerning the Implementation of Health Maintenance for Workers with Better Benefits than the Basic Health Maintenance Package of Social Security for Workers. The results of the evaluation in this study revealed eight (eight) findings regarding potential hazards and risks in the construction of the main dam on the left side, with the dewatering and foundation excavation work categorized as follows: low risk: 1; medium-low risk: 1; low-high risk: 2; high risk: 4.
