Abstract
This report evaluates the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS) at PT. X, a food industry company in Sukabumi City with 166 employees. According to Government Regulation No. 50 of 2012, the company is required to implement OHSMS to reduce the risk of workplace accidents. The evaluation of OHSMS implementation revealed that the company achieved a score of 70.31%, placing it in the "good" category. However, there are opportunities for further improvement, such as hiring certified OHS experts and stricter supervision. This report provides recommendations for enhancing the OHSMS implementation to create a safer and more productive work environment.
