Abstract

In an organization or company, human resources have an important role to achieve success, therefore employees are an important asset for the company that must be maintained or given special attention and developed for the common good. PT. X is a company engaged in Waste Processing with the results of processing into new renewable energy, especially in Indonesia, the results of which are Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) and Fertilizer, the company is committed to overcoming waste problems in Indonesia. The Occupational Safety and Health (K3) management system implemented at PT. X refers to ISO 45001: 2018. The Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Management System is part of the overall company management system in order to control risks related to work activities in order to create a safe, efficient and productive workplace. then a company must have documents that comply with the standards agreed upon by certain parties.
