Abstract

This paper proposes a mathematical model for the stochastic green capacitated p-center problem a using mixed integer linear programming (MILP). A model is built considering the total emission produced by vehicles and the uncertain parameters including the customer demand, the travel time needed by a vehicle to travel from a facility to a customer and the capacity of a facility to satisfy the customer demand. The proposed model and method are evaluated using instances that are available in the literature. According to the computational experiments, the proposed methods produce interesting results.
